Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate internal and external audit procedures
- Develop and implement financial controls and compliance measures
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead process improvements in accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP knowledge and audit experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
