Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 high-growth tech clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct internal controls audits and compliance reviews
- Lead client consultations on tax optimization strategies
- Implement QuickBooks and other financial software solutions
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA license mandatory (active status)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven expertise with SaaS/tech industry accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
