Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with annual tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts with high precision.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and budget preparation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
