As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization through accurate reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly financial close processes.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus but not required.
