Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and assist in the annual audit process.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and fixed asset management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Prepare state and federal tax returns and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
