Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and tax planning.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
