- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and month-end closing processes
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Develop financial forecasting models and budgetary control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis
- Strong internal controls and audit management background
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
