Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for 15-20 business clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Collaborate with clients on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and California tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting financial reporting deadlines
