Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Lead full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Ensure GAAP compliance and implement internal controls
- Manage complex reconciliations across multi-entity structures
- Develop and streamline month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven audit/review engagement leadership
- Strong SEC reporting knowledge for public clients
- Ohio CPA license active in good standing
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
