Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage complex reconciliations across multiple accounting systems
- Lead audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Provide financial consulting to clients on tax strategy and cash flow optimization
- Supervise junior accountants and review team deliverables
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with healthcare or entertainment industry accounting a plus
