Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for multiple business units
- Automate financial reporting workflows using advanced Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Sage 100 or NetSuite experience a plus)
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end closes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
