Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors for seamless annual reviews
- Develop and implement financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax preparation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of managing complex reconciliations and audit processes
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities to present financial insights to stakeholders
