Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audit schedules.
- Streamline internal controls and financial reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefit deductions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- CPA certification or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
