Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and tax documentation.
- Manage general ledger functions and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual budgets and strategic financial forecasts.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights to management to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
