Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Lead quarterly and annual audits with external CPA firms
- Develop and implement internal controls for compliance with GAAP
- Assist with tax planning and preparation for corporate clients
- Maintain detailed financial records in NetSuite ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and NetSuite
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing processes
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
