Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance policies across all business units
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and training programs
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on compliance initiatives and investigations
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Lead cross-functional compliance committees and foster organizational awareness
- Manage compliance incidents with thorough investigation and resolution processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of compliance experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or tech preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (Dodd-Frank, SOX, CCPA, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools
- Excellent written communication skills for policy development and reporting
- Professional certification (CRCM, CCEP, or CCEP-I) preferred
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
