Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly, and year-end financial accounting operations and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns and regulatory filings.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational efficiency and budget controls.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
