Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the external audit team to facilitate smooth annual audits and tax preparations.
- Streamline internal financial workflows and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, meeting critical deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
- Strong understanding of general ledger functions and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and senior management.
