Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Lead financial reporting initiatives for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain and optimize ERP system functionality and data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
