Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audit processes
