Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Certified Billing/Coder (CBC) preferred
