- Manage monthly financial close processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive leadership
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and process optimization
- Conduct variance analysis and support budget forecasting initiatives
- Coordinate internal/external audits and implement control improvements
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making support
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
