Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger accounts and month-end closing processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Support senior leadership with financial insights and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
