Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation filings.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and budget forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
