Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy
- Collaborate on budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and tax requirements
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
