- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Support annual audits and internal control assessments
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP platforms
- Expert knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and audits
