Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and payroll processing
- Oversee tax compliance filings and assist with audit preparations
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with department heads on budget forecasting and expense management
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Lead month-end closing processes with timely reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
