Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for compliance with GAAP standards
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead audit preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle and QuickBooks platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects independently
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
