Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Build rapport and resolve client inquiries at the teller line
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with zero discrepancies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English and basic Hawaiian/Pidgin
- Familiarity with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and NMLS registration
