Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliations and month-end close
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
- Prepare and submit accurate financial statements and regulatory reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Implement process enhancements to improve financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
