We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team in Sacramento. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers looking to launch their accounting career with full training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and posting of daily journal entries and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records and spreadsheets.
- Assist with basic financial reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential over experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
