Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee payroll processing with weekly pay implementation
- Lead tax preparation and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Develop internal controls and process optimization strategies
- Mentor junior accountants using advanced accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and tax software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Knowledge of Oregon state tax regulations
