Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within 30-day terms
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors
- Manage 3-way matching for PO-based transactions using SAP/Oracle
- Collaborate with procurement teams on invoice exceptions and disputes
- Generate AP aging reports and support month-end closing processes
- Maintain digital filing systems and audit trail compliance
- Train on weekend-specific AP workflows and backup procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with electronic payment systems (ACH/wire transfers)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-2pm)
- CPA or AP certification preferred
