Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audit procedures
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
