Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reportingReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and complex balance sheets
- Process payroll and maintain compliance with PA state regulations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarter-end reviews
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with audit readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification (preferred)
- Experience with multi-state entity accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Proficiency with accounting software integrations (Xero, FreshBooks)
