Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements for stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (Power Query/VBA)
- Proven experience with remote collaboration tools
