Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for weekend operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with weekend deadline compliance
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Process payroll for weekend staff and contractors
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Assist with audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Generate weekly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA or active pursuit preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and TN tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
