Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for diverse client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Maintain accurate general ledger and reconcile complex accounts
- Develop customized financial reporting for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven experience managing financial audits and reporting cycles
