Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in the annual audit process.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Process payroll and ensure tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
