Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and budgeting processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred or currently in progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (advanced functions), and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
