Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead audits and ensure SOX compliance for energy industry clients
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
- Manage client relationships and deliver financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and energy industry regulations
- Proven audit and compliance management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
