Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and oversee month-end close procedures to meet strict deadlines.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing and accuracy of financial transactions.
- Conduct internal audits and provide comprehensive support during the external audit cycle.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement updates to accounting software to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and advanced accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
