Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic business initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and variance analysis
- Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage tax preparation and compliance for federal/state requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated experience with month-end close and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
