- Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and federal regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and DC tax requirements
