As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity and driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
