Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate P&L statements and balance sheets
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Lead audit preparations and respond to financial inquiries
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
