Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and strategy initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct audits and support external financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
