Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support tax preparation and audit processes
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization
- Maintain financial data integrity in QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Arizona CPA license or equivalent certification
