Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control protocols
- Lead reconciliation processes for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheet accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
