Responsibilities
- Execute daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reports with precision
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary software
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness through meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight handover processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance accuracy
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Proven track record in multi-currency transaction processing
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates <0.5%
- Strong analytical skills for financial variance identification
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
